The City of Rupert partnered with Tyler Idaho to implement an online appointment scheduling solution to support its swimming lesson program. Using Tyler Idaho’s scheduling platform, parents can conveniently register and manage swimming lesson schedules online, while city staff and instructors can coordinate lesson availability, assignments, and scheduling updates more efficiently. During the summer season, more than 350 children each month use the scheduling system to participate in swim lessons through the city’s recreation program.

The Idaho State Police (ISP) contacted Tyler Idaho in April 2023, in need of an updated, cohesive website. The goal of the redesign was to create a modern, user-friendly, comprehensive, and resource-driven website. The previous website had many different web parts creating an inconsistent look and feel. The various web parts created confusion for the end-users when navigating which then created questions and concerns populating more phone calls and emails.
