PayPort is available at no cost to Idaho state agencies, counties, cities, and other government entities. There are no merchant fees or monthly minimums, and users have access to free, exportable online billing reports for easy financial tracking and reconciliation.

Deposits and Payment Options

Funds are typically deposited within three business days of the transaction date. PayPort accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as electronic checks (eChecks) upon request. Debit cards are processed like credit cards—no PIN required.

PayPort meets all Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards to ensure the highest level of payment security. Available Through NASPO – No RFP Required

Tyler Technologies (Tyler Idaho) participates in the NASPO ValuePoint Citizen Engagement Platform agreement for the State of Idaho, allowing state and local agencies to procure approved IT services without a lengthy RFP process.

Through NASPO, agencies can quickly purchase solutions using a simple purchase order, helping reduce procurement timelines, administrative overhead, and project delays.
