Exempt User Services Available to Idaho Agencies, Cities, and County Government Employees
To access the four services listed below for official government business, you must have:
- An Idaho state agency, city, or county email address
- An active Tyler Idaho account
- A current Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) exempt user agreement on file with ITD
Please complete the ITD Exempt User Access Agreement first. Once your application is reviewed, you will be provided with the next steps. You do NOT need to complete a Subscriber Agreement for exempt user access.
