Getting Started

All collection agencies must file an annual report of activity and surety bond calculation form prior to March 15 of each year. This completed form should be emailed to collections@finance.idaho.gov. An Annual Report of Agents/Collectors must also be filed through Tyler Idaho (through this site) prior to March 15.

  • File your annual or quarterly report
  • Add or remove agents from your roster
  • Pay applicable fees by credit or debit card, checking account or voucher

Sign In

You will need the following:

  • Your Tyler Idaho username and password
  • A list of agents you need to add or remove

If this is your first-time logging into Tyler Idaho, please set up a username and password by clicking the "Continue" button above and then choosing "Create your account."

Once your account is created, please email your username and the name of the company to the Idaho Department of Finance at collections@finance.idaho.gov. The Department must link your username to the company’s profile before you can begin filing your agent reports.
